All of our containers are marked clearly with a “Do Not Fill Above Line" fill line sticker. Any items above the marked line of the container will be removed for pickup, or you will be requested to off-load material before we can safely haul the container.
Our containers weigh approximately 3 tons plus the added weight of trash and truck, therefore, they may cause damages. We are not responsible for damage done due to the placement or pickup of our containers. Our Drivers have the right to deny placement in areas that they deem unsafe. Call us if you have concerns about where to place your container.
Not all cities require permits, however, we apply for all the necessary Roll-Off permits for those cities that do.
You can have as many containers as can fit within your property lines.
If you require another container call us for an exchange. We will bring an empty container and remove the full container. Exchanges are priced at the same price as the original delivery.
Our containers can be kept for up to 30 days. However, if you wish to keep the container longer there is a fee per month charge after the first month.
Yes, you must call us to schedule pickups. We will do it on time.
We accept cash, credit cards and checks at delivery. You must be at the site to pay with cash or check. You can also pre-pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), you do not have to be on location. We prefer that someone is onsite to direct our drivers as to where the container should be placed.
